At Academics Academy Inc., we are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and those from underserved communities by providing essential skills in Social-Emotional Intelligence, Computer Literacy, and Workforce Development. Our mission is to bridge the gap between adults with intellectual disabilities, marginalized communities, and high-skilled digital job opportunities. We offer seven year-round community-based programs designed to equip participants with skills that open doors to the workforce: Social Emotional Learning, Workplace Social Skills, Google Workspace Training, Digital Literacy (Global Standard 5), Basic Keyboarding, Financial Literacy, and Microsoft Office Certification.

Our programs are designed for those seeking employment training and skill development, especially high school graduates eager to enter the workforce. With our focus on Social-Emotional Intelligence and industry-recognized certifications, our participants gain the tools needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market, boosting their confidence and enhancing their earning potential.
